Profile:
David Belsheim played ultimate for the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. He quickly developed into a capable defender and his performances against superior teams earned him Southwest All-Region honors in 2004 and 2005. Belsheim played for Germany’s Feldrenner, helping the team win its sixth national championship in 2006. Belsheim moved back to Colorado at the end of 2007 and was playing on Bravo’s defensive line by 2008. By 2009, Belsheim had earned a starting spot on the defensive line and he quickly became one of Bravo’s top defenders, marking up against the likes of Beau Kittredge, Dylan Tunnell, Kiran Thomas and Jeff Graham. Belsheim returns in 2011 to help lead Bravo’s defensive unit.
